Challenge
For a global media streaming company, Merapar were asked to assess their complete video back-office systems to advise on the platform’s capability and improvements needed to expand their service into multiple new territories.
Solution
Merapar applied a small team of domain experienced architects, over a two-month, period to assess all aspects of the platform technology, product and engineering organisation, processes, and team practices as independent advisors. Merapar’s deep technical and domain experience quickly built trust with the development and product teams along with senior management, creating a very constructive engagement, leading to deeper insights and a more impactful assessment.

- Upon management’s review, Merapar were asked by the client to provide continuation services. This includes working with their teams to implement most of the suggested platform and organisation changes, iteratively over the following 12 month period.
